How do I subscribe to C-SPED's web site services?
Annual subscriptions may be purchased by any location
within a school district, agency, or organization. A variety of packages
are available with rates based on the number of users. Special subscription
packages are also available for an entire group of teachers, such as
all the special education teachers in a school district. Contact us

How do I obtain a login and password?
If you are accessing the web site for the first time,
you will need to register first to create a personal identification
and password to login to the web site. To register, you must have the
Key Code provided to the Administrative Contact.
To register, follow the steps below:

Click on the LOGIN button (in the upper right
hand corner) located at the top of any web. A login page will open
in your browser window with the option of New User.

Under the heading, New User, click on Sign
Up Here.
- A page will open with a request for you to enter your Key Code to
register. Be sure to enter your Key Code exactly as it was provided.
The code is case sensitive, so be careful when typing it into the field.
There are no spaces between the characters.
- Once you have entered your Key Code, you will need to complete the
personal identification information. Be sure to complete all required
fields.
- You will select your own username login and password. Do not exceed
15 characters. You may use numbers or letters or a combination of these.
Do not place a space between characters. Your password must
contain at least 6 characters.
- Press the Submit button.
- To access the restricted areas of the site, you will then need
to login once you have completed the registration process. Simply
click on the LOGIN button at the top of the page and type in
your username and password. You will no longer need to register for
this web site.
- You will receive a subscription confirmation e-mail from C-SPED confirming
your registration and login information. Please put this information
in a safe place so you can refer to it at a later time if you forget
your password. We recommend that you print the e-mail received and then
delete it from your e-mail file to assist in protecting the security
of the web site.
Will my previous username and password work on the new C-SPED web site?
No, you must register first and designate your own username and password.
It is not necessary to use your old username and password unless you choose
to do so.
What will you do with my personal information after I register?
C-SPED's privacy statement provides you with information about our commitment
to your privacy while visiting our web site, how we collect information,
and how we use the information we collect about our web site users. We
do not sell or provide any personal information that is submitted through
our web site to third parties.
Be sure to review C-SPED's privacy policy, which can be accessed by clicking
on Privacy Statement. By using the
C-SPED web site, you signify your acceptance of the privacy statement.
What are the terms of my using C-SPED's web site?
C-SPED provides its service to you subject to the Terms
and Conditions of Service and Use. These terms and conditions apply
to all C-SPED subscribers and to all Users of our web site. Your use of
the C-SPED web site constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those
Terms and Conditions of Service and Use. Be sure and read these prior
to using the web site service.
How do I login after registering as a subscriber?
To login, click on the Login button (located in the upper right
hand corner) at the top of any page on the web site. A page will open
with fields to enter your username and password. Enter your username and
password and click on the Login button. You will then have access to the
restricted areas of the web site.
What if my user name or password are not accepted?
If you are a first time user of the new C-SPED web site, you must register
before logging in. Refer to How do I get a login and
password?
If you have typed in the wrong username or password, you will receive
an error message that states, "The username and password submitted
do not match those on file. Please try again."
Remember, your password is case sensitive. Check to make sure
you did not have the 'caps lock' switched on when you first entered your
identifying information.
Also, be sure that your location subscription is up-to-date. If your
location subscription has lapsed, contact
us to renew your subscription. You will be notified 60 days prior
to the expiration of your subscription so that the Administrative Contact
in your location can renew your subscription.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password and cannot locate your confirmation e-mail
to verify that you are using the correct username and password, click
on the LOGIN button located at the top right corner of any web page. On
the Login page, click as indicated by the question, Lost your password?
A Password Reminder box will appear. Enter your account e-mail
address and click "Submit." We will e-mail your password to
your e-mail account address.
How can I change the details (i.e., my address or e-mail) of my registration
information once I have registered?
To update or revise your registration information, you will first need
to login to the web site. Once you have completed this step, the words,
My Account, will replace the LOGIN word on the upper right corner
of the page. Click on My Account and you will have access to your
registration information. After completing your revisions, click on the
Submit button.
How do I log off of the web site?
When you have completed your visit to the web site, simply click on Log
Out (located on the upper right corner of your browser page). To login
again, click on LOGIN and enter your username and password.
