How can I order C-SPED products?

There are several ways to order C-SPED products. Ordering is made easy by using one of following options.

1. You can order online by visiting our Bookstore. You must have a purchase order number to submit your order to us online. For assistance in ordering online, please read our Help - Online Bookstore C-SPED Products information.
   
   
2. If you’d rather not submit your order over the Internet, you can still complete your order form online using the C-SPED shopping cart. Instead of actually submitting your order, just hit the Print Order button after completing all the information pertaining to your order. You will have a completed order form that you can be mailed or faxed to us. Read more about completing your order form online by click on How do I make a purchase?.
   
   
3. If you do not have a purchase order number and will pay by check or money order or you do not wish to use the online service, you can place an order by mail or by fax. Simply download the C-SPED Product Order Form and complete it according to the directions provided. If you fax your order, please do not send us another copy by mail. This may cause an order to be duplicated.

Are international orders accepted?

Yes, but payment for orders outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. currency only and include foreign shipping and handling rates. Please specify Air or Surface delivery when placing an order. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping, plus a 5% handling charge of the total amount purchased. C-SPED can confirm shipping but cannot guarantee delivery (except in Canada). Custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient on orders shipped to countries outside of the United States.

Are purchase orders accepted?

Yes, signed purchase orders are accepted from school districts and recognized educational institutions within the United States by mail or by fax. If you fax your purchase order, please do not send us another copy by mail. A purchase order must be provided with all credit orders. Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Purchase orders may be faxed to 509-355-5757 or mailed to: The Center for Special Education Services, P.O. Box 23322, Jackson, MS 39225-3322. Payment must accompany all orders from outside the United States.

Are prices subject to change?

All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Products will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is received. Prices currently listed on C-SPED's Online Bookstore are in effect through December 31, 2003.

Are discounts available for C-SPED subscribers?

Yes, subscribers receive a discount on all C-SPED products as indicated in our product catalogs and on the Online Bookstore. To qualify for a subscriber discount, you must be a current registered subscriber for C-SPED's web site services.

Are quantity discounts offered for C-SPED products?

Yes, discounts on quantity orders of the same title shipped to one address are available as follows: 20-49 items - 10% discount; 50 or more items - 20% discount.

How are products shipped?

C-SPED uses the most effective means of shipping products, including UPS and FedEx. Delivery times range from 4 to 7 days, depending on your location in the United States. If you have a need to receive any of our products by a specific date, please contact us regarding the need for immediate shipping. For an extra delivery charge, immediate shipping can be arranged.

When completing your ordering information, be sure and provide complete payment and shipping information. We will bill and ship to the same address if only one address is provided. Please provide a street address for shipping. Note: UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes; therefore, do not use a P.O. Box for a shipping address.

What if products are damaged during shipping?

Upon delivery, products should be checked immediately. If a product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Damaged books or products must be received at C-SPED within 15 days of the date of receipt.

What if there is a discrepancy in my order?

Upon delivery, products should be checked against the packing slip and discrepancies reported within 5 days of receipt. To contact us, please use our Customer Service information. Claims for incomplete orders must be received by C-SPED within 5 days of the date of receipt.

What is C-SPED's return policy?

While C-SPED offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we do not accept returns on videos or on binder workbooks and binder resource notebooks due to these product types. If anything is wrong with the products purchased, you must return them within 30 days of receipt for a credit or refund, excluding shipping/handling charges. Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes and must be accompanied by an invoice number or a copy of the original packing slip. C-SPED will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges. All returns must be in saleable condition.

How do I make payment?

Orders may be paid by check or money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable in U.S. dollars to The Center for Special Education Services. C-SPED's Federal ID No: 72-1471892.
