Registration Fee

C-SPED Subscriber Rate: $295

Non-Subscriber Rate: $310

Additional Team Member: $275 ( The first team member from a district or organization is full-price; additional members may receive this discounted price )

The registration fee to attend one of the stand sessions includes a continental breakfast on both days of the Institute, refreshment breaks, practical materials and handouts provided in a notebook and, if applicable, SEMI credits.

Participants may attend only one strand of the Conference. Additional Team Members from a district or organization may register at a discounted rate to attend the same or different strand of the Conference.

Professional Development Credits

SEMI Credit

5 SEMI credits are available for administrators. If you are interested in obtaining SEMI credits, please indicate by providing your social security number on the registration form.

CEU Credit

.85 CEU credits are available for a fee of $15.00. Sign-up for CEU credit will be available at the registration desk. Interested participants must make payment upon sign-up at the Conference.

Substitutions/Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. For registrants whose cancellation is received in writing at least ten days before the registered session will receive a refund for the amount of that session minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations and registrants that do not attend the Academy sessions for which they are registered will be billed the appropriate amount. All refunds will be made by C-SPED following the designated Institute.

Notification of special accommodations must be received no later than three weeks prior to the Institute.
