Registration Fee

Carver Productions LLC will manage the Conference. Mail your registration form to Carver Productions LLC, P.O. Box 1084, Starkville, MS 39760 or fax your information to 1.662.796.3090. Registration checks should be made to Carver Productions LLC.

Onsite registration will only be granted at the door on a space-available basis. Payment or a purchase order must be received prior to the start of the Conference. The Conference is limited to district personnel due to space restrictions.

Pre-registration Deadline: October 21, 2011

C-SPED Subscriber Rate: $295

Non-Subscriber Rate: $310

Additional Team Member: $275 ( The first team member from a district or organization is full-price; additional members may receive this discounted price )

The registration fee includes a continental breakfast on both days of the Conference, refreshment breaks, practical materials and handouts provided in a notebook and, if applicable, SEMI credits.

Professional Development Credits

SEMI Credit

5 SEMI credits are available for administrators. If you are interested in obtaining SEMI credits, please indicate by providing your social security number on the registration form.

CEU Credit

.85 CEU credits are available for a fee of $15.00. Sign-up for CEU credit will be available at the registration desk. Interested participants must make payment upon sign-up at the Conference.

Substitutions/Cancellation Policy

C-SPED reserves the right to substitute speakers or cancel the Institute due to the lack of registrations, a natural disaster, or a national emergency. Notification of any cancellation by
C-SPED will be made to the registrants. In case of cancellation, C-SPED's liability is limited to the refund of the Conference registration fee only.

Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. For registrants whose cancellation is received in writing or by email at least ten (10) days before the Conference will receive a refund for the amount of the Conference minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded. All refunds will be made by Carver Productions LLC following the Conference. Unpaid cancellations and registrants that do not attend the Conference for which they are registered will be billed the appropriate amount.
