The Institute will be held at the Embassy Suites - North, in
Ridgeland, Mississippi. The Embassy Suites - North/Ridgeland is adjacent to
the Renaissance Shopping Center and is conveniently located in the Township
at Colony Park off of I-55. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants and

Rooms have been blocked for the nights of Sunday, June 13 and
Monday, June 14 at a flat rate of $129 - single and/or double occupancy. To
receive tax-exempt status, the hotel requires each guest to bring his or her
district's tax exemption form/certificate with the tax ID number designated.
Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations by calling
601.607.7112. To obtain the block room rate, be sure to state that you making
reservations for the C-SPED conference. The cut off date for blocked rooms
is May 30, 2010. If you experience any problems, please ask for Jessica Rawls,
Sales Manager, for the hotel.
Accommodations include luxurious two-room suites with high-speed
Internet access, two phones with voicemail, refrigerator and microwave. Enjoy
the indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center. After finishing the day, unwind
in the lobby at the nightly Manager's Reception.
Registration Rate
The registration fee includes a continental breakfast on both
days of the Institute, refreshment breaks, practical materials and handouts
provided in a resource notebook and, if applicable, SEMI credits.

Non-Subscriber Rate: $315
Additional Team Member: $275 (The first team member from a district or organization
is full-price; additional members may receive this discounted price)
